Customers must provide final approval on designs before production begins. Once approved, we are not liable for any errors related to the design.

Customers must provide artwork for print in high-quality formats, preferably as vector images (e.g., AI, EPS, or SVG). If the artwork provided is not of adequate quality and requires PEMBRA to convert it to a vector format, an additional charge will apply. Please ensure all images are submitted at the highest resolution possible to avoid issues during production.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. PEMBRA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We will only issue refunds or exchanges for defective items or errors on our part.

PEMBRA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
